You add performances on the Performance tab of an artist page in the TMSQR App Manager. A performance is a show, concert or session with a date, a start and end time, a location and an optional ticket link. Your TMSQR timetable is built automatically from these performances.
Available in: all plans (Platform and Standalone)
How do I add a performance to an artist?
Open the artist page in the TMSQR App Manager. Create the artist page first if it is new, then the Performance tab appears.
Go to the Performance tab.
Enter the date, the start time and the end time.
Select the location (venue or stage).
Optional: add a ticket link for this performance.
Save the performance by clicking the green Create button on the bottom.
The performance now appears in your timetable. The timetable is only visible in your TMSQR app after you publish it in Edition Settings.
Important: If you add a start time, you must also add an end time. Without an end time, the TMSQR timetable can't show a block for the performance.
How do I add multiple performances to one artist?
Repeat the steps above on the Performance tab of the same artist page. Each performance gets its own date, times, location and ticket link. Visitors can favourite each performance separately.
Can I add a ticket link per performance?
Yes. Add the ticket link to the performance, together with the day, the times and the location. This is useful for festivals that sell tickets per show, such as film festivals.
Can I add a performance without stage times?
Yes. You can add a performance with only the day. Visitors then see on which day an artist performs, for example a headliner. Add the start and end time later, when the timetable is ready.
Can I create a performance outside the artist page?
Yes, you can also create performances in the Performances section of the TMSQR App Manager. You then have to select the artist yourself. Creating performances from the artist page is easier.
