How do I set the time zone and AM/PM notation?

Check the time zone of your TMSQR app and switch between 24 hour and 12 hour (AM/PM) time notation.

Written by Derrick Smittenaar

The time zone and time notation of your TMSQR app are admin settings. Your account manager sets them when setting up your app. To change them, email TMSQR support.

Available in: all plans (Platform and Standalone)

Why does the time zone of my app matter?

TMSQR apps run in many time zones. The time zone of your TMSQR app decides when:

  • performances show in your timetable

  • scheduled push notifications are sent

  • the countdown timer on your homescreen ends

How do I check or change the time zone?

Email [email protected] with the name of your festival and the correct time zone. TMSQR support checks or changes the time zone for you.

Can I use 12 hour time notation (AM/PM)?

Yes. TMSQR apps use 24 hour time notation by default. For festivals in, for example, the UK, the USA, Canada or Australia, TMSQR offers 12 hour time notation (AM/PM). Email [email protected] and TMSQR support switches your app to 12 hour time notation.

Where does my app show AM/PM?

With 12 hour time notation, every time in your TMSQR app shows AM/PM, for example in the timetable and on artist pages.
