How do I add other locations, such as an info desk or bar?

Add facilities like an info desk, first aid, ticket office, parking and bars to your TMSQR map with Other locations.

Written by Derrick Smittenaar

You add facilities to your TMSQR map on the Other locations tab in the TMSQR App Manager. Other locations are places that are not a venue or stage, such as an information desk, first aid or a bar.

Available in: Base and Pro plans (interactive map)

What are Other locations?

Other locations are facilities at or near your festival, for example:

  • Information desk

  • First aid

  • Ticket office

  • Entrance

  • Parking

  • Hotels

  • Bars and drinks

  • Food

  • Attractions, such as a Ferris wheel

Other locations don't have performances, so they don't appear in the timetable. On the map, their icons are a bit smaller than the icons of venues and stages.

How do I create an Other location?

  1. Go to Locations in the TMSQR App Manager and open the Other locations tab.

  2. Create a new location and give it a name.

  3. Search for the address and set a pin on the map.

  4. Choose an icon, such as info, first aid or parking.

  5. Save the location.

Which icons can I use for Other locations?

You choose from a set of standard icons, such as info, first aid, ticket office, parking, hotel, bar and drinks, food, Ferris wheel and entrance. Read Which map icons can I use?
