How do I change my festival name, dates and location?

Change the name, dates and location of your festival in Edition Settings in the TMSQR App Manager.

Written by Derrick Smittenaar

You change the name, dates and location of your festival in Edition Settings in the TMSQR App Manager. Your app shows this information at the top of the homescreen, so make sure it is always correct.

Available in: all plans (Platform and Standalone)

How do I change my festival name, dates or location?

  1. Log in to the TMSQR App Manager.

  2. Go to Edition Settings.

  3. Change the Edition name, the festival dates or the Location.

  4. Save your changes.

Where does my app show the festival name, dates and location?

The edition name, the dates and the location show together in the header of the homescreen of your TMSQR app.

The edition name also shows:

  • as the sender of your push notifications

  • before people download your app

What happens when I change the festival dates?

Performances are linked to dates within your festival dates. When you change the festival dates, for example to the dates of next year's edition, performances outside the new dates are no longer shown:

  • Artist pages show TBA instead of a date.

  • Your timetable is automatically taken offline.

Add the new performances for the new edition, then publish your timetable again in Edition Settings.

Important: Only change the festival dates when you are ready to switch to a new edition. Changing the dates during your current edition takes your timetable offline.

What else can I set in Edition Settings?

  • Ticket link: the link behind the ticket button on your homescreen. Read How do I change or remove the ticket link?

  • Timetable: publish your timetable in Block view, List view or both. Read How do I launch my timetable?

Who changes the time zone, AM/PM notation and languages of my app?

These are admin settings. Email [email protected] and TMSQR support changes them for you.
