Where is my data stored?
On servers in Europe, with Scaleway, a European cloud provider with data centres in Europe. This includes your line-up, timetable, map, news, push notifications and the favourites of your visitors.
Why did TMSQR move to Scaleway?
In September 2026, TMSQR moved from the European data centres of Microsoft Azure to Scaleway. The data was already stored in Europe. Now the hosting is also provided by a European company. TMSQR chose Scaleway for three reasons:
Scaleway falls under European law.
TMSQR is less dependent on the technology of one large provider.
TMSQR keeps the freedom to decide where and how its systems run.
Did anything change in my app?
No. Your TMSQR app and the TMSQR App Manager work the same as before. The move was planned around the festival calendar and tested extensively.
How does TMSQR protect my data?
ISO 27001: TMSQR's parent company Zooma has been ISO 27001 certified for years.
Penetration tests: external specialists regularly test the platforms of Zooma for security vulnerabilities, so they can be fixed before anyone else finds them.
European hosting: all data is stored and processed in Europe.
