Written by Derrick Smittenaar

Yes. Your TMSQR app can be in one language or in several languages. With several languages, your TMSQR app shows the language that matches the phone settings of each visitor. TMSQR support activates the languages for you.

Available in: Base and Pro plans (Platform and Standalone)

Which languages are available?

TMSQR apps are available in six languages:

  • English (default language)

  • Dutch

  • French

  • German

  • Spanish

  • Finnish

More languages can be added on request.

Can my app be in one language other than English?

Yes. You can choose one of the six languages and use only that language in your TMSQR app, for example only French.

Can my app be in several languages?

Yes. Your TMSQR app can be in, for example, German and English, or English, French and Spanish. Each visitor sees the language that matches the phone settings.

How do I activate one or more languages?

Email [email protected] with the name of your festival and the languages you want. TMSQR support activates the languages in your TMSQR app.

What does TMSQR translate, and what do I translate?

  • TMSQR translates the standard parts of your app, such as the menu and buttons, and messages like "The timetable hasn't been announced yet".

  • You translate your own content: news items, info pages and artist pages.

What do visitors see if I don't translate something?

Your TMSQR app always shows the text that is available. English is the default language: if a translation is missing, visitors see the English text instead.
