You add, change or remove the ticket link of your TMSQR app in Edition Settings in the TMSQR App Manager. The ticket link sends visitors from the ticket button on your homescreen to your ticket shop.
Available in: all plans (Platform and Standalone)
How do I add or change the ticket link?
Log in to the TMSQR App Manager.
Go to Edition Settings.
Paste the link to your ticket shop in the Ticketlink field.
Save your changes.
The ticket button on the homescreen of your TMSQR app now opens your ticket shop.
We are a free festival. Can we remove the ticket button?
Yes. Leave the Ticketlink field in Edition Settings empty. The TMSQR app then hides the ticket button, and the Follow button on the homescreen becomes full width.
What do I do when my festival is sold out?
Empty the Ticketlink field in Edition Settings. The ticket button disappears from your TMSQR app until you add a ticket link again.
Can I add a ticket link per performance?
Yes. This is useful for festivals that sell tickets per show, such as film festivals. You add the ticket link to the performance, where you also set the day, the times and the location:
Open the artist page in the TMSQR App Manager.
Go to the Performance tab and open the performance.
Add the ticket link.
Save the performance.
Can I add a ticket button to the bottom bar?
Yes. You can add any button you like to the bottom bar, as long as there is a page for it to open. For a ticket button:
Create an info page about ticketing in Info pages.
Go to App Design > Bottom bar.
Change one the three buttons you can change (Bottom bar 2, 3 or 4), rename it, for example, "Tickets", and link it to your ticketing info page.
Save your changes.
